Challange/Problem
ADHA+ is a mobile app designed to provide education and motivation to children living with HIV/AIDS (ADHA) while fostering a more inclusive educational environment. Despite its comprehensive features—such as creating invoices, managing orders, handling memberships, and overseeing various products and services—the app faces significant challenges, including a sudden drop in user engagement and a noticeable increase in service cancellations. User feedback highlights issues with usability, slow performance, and limited resources, undermining the user experience. Additionally, the marketing team's efforts to expand and attract new users are hindered by these shortcomings. Addressing these challenges is crucial to revitalizing ADHA+, improving user satisfaction, and supporting its mission to aid children living with HIV/AIDS.

Process
RESEARCH
In developing the ADHA+ App for both mobile and web platforms, I employed the Design Thinking methodology—a five-phase approach comprising Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The process began with understanding the unique needs of children living with HIV/AIDS in the Empathize phase, followed by defining the core problems and opportunities to enhance their educational and motivational support. Ideation involved brainstorming creative solutions tailored to their specific challenges, which were then translated into tangible prototypes during the Prototype phase. The final Test phase included user feedback and real-world testing to refine the design iteratively. This iterative and user-centric methodology ensured that the ADHA+ App would not only address user needs effectively but also provide an intuitive and enjoyable experience, fostering a more inclusive educational environment.

IDEATION
Embarking on my journey to conceptualize the ADHA+ App, our initial step involves a meticulous exploration and organization of its fundamental components through the lens of an affinity diagram. At the heart of our ideation process lies a central theme: the profound enhancement of support and resources for children living with HIV/AIDS. As we delve into the intricate layers of this mission, key categories organically emerge, each contributing to the overarching goal of providing a comprehensive and empowering experience for our users. These categories span the spectrum of user engagement, technological innovation, educational enrichment, community building, and seamless convenience, creating a comprehensive foundation for the app's development.
